We bought a car for our son in early September and we noticed that there was still an open recall on the carfax. They said that it was not a big deal and told us that we can just schedule the repair to b noticed that there was still an open recall on the carfax. They said that it was not a big deal and told us that we can just schedule the repair to be done at a vw dealer once we purchase the car. Well, 26 days about we had the car, it let our son sit, wouldn’t start and had to get it towed to a vw dealership and it’s now been there for a week for them to order parts and make all the needed repairs having to do with the recall that was never done while in star auto malls possession.
