They let us take the car for a 90 minute test drive that included our mechanic inspection. Emmet our salesman was helpful in negotiating with Star mgmt to get our price. Called us back 30 minutes later and they agreed to our price. Took 90 more minutes for Star to finish the paperwork which was way longer than we expected. But they did wash and detail the ca while we waited. Overall a very good experience other than the long wait to finish the paperwork. More
