Unorganized , employees never on the same page. I inquired about a car at 512 one night. I waited all day the next day for them to contact me back. So i physically went to 191 to see the car we pic I inquired about a car at 512 one night. I waited all day the next day for them to contact me back. So i physically went to 191 to see the car we picked it up from 512. It was a car that was previously traded in so it needed work done. I still purchased it and was going to wait until the work was to take it home. Two weeks later i got a call that it was ready. This was at 12 pm. I got to the dealership by 4 to pick up the car. The car was far from ready. When i got the key, i realized i was blocked it by another car. It took about 15 minutes for the employee to find the key to move the car blocking mine. On top of that i realized my inspection stickers were expired. The fact that i was called to get the car at 12 and it still wasn’t even ready at 4. They do the inspection after i told them my stickers were old ; that took another 30 minutes and i actually left with that car after that. Later on that night, i realized i had NO LICENSE PLATE ON MY CAR. So i was driving around with no plates with a car that i was told was ready. I called 191 and rushed there before they closed and got my plates on. This was literally the worst car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. More
