Went here to get my (technically second but first car under my name) and the only hard part was deciding and getting my bank and insurance to let us close the loan (we all know it's the bank and insuranc under my name) and the only hard part was deciding and getting my bank and insurance to let us close the loan (we all know it's the bank and insurance that makes it take 5+ hours) but Maalik was wonderful to work with! Offered us water and helped us check out the cars we were looking at that day. The car I chose, the A/C needed to be charged and they did that! And it was kinda low on fuel so they helped me out and put some gas in it so I could get home. The car itself is in good condition for having 75k miles on it and was pretty clean inside and out. They didn't have the fob for the car but fortunately the guy who does them will be in tomorrow and I can go back and get it at no extra cost! They also owe me a TV (not sure why, I think it's a promo) but i'm not complaining! Overall I'm pretty thrilled with my experience. Drove the car home on the highway and a bit after that and it's running fine so far! (let me knock on wood not to jinx it). More

The dealership got me into the car at the terms I wanted, however, there were a few issues with the car that I noticed on my test drive. The dealer told me that they would fix them. I called them 3 times bef however, there were a few issues with the car that I noticed on my test drive. The dealer told me that they would fix them. I called them 3 times before they ordered the parts. Once they got the parts, they installed them, but I've had to take it back twice to fix the issue with the parts and its STILL NOT FIXED, so I will need to take it back for a third time. Crossing my fingers that the mechanic can get it right this time. Also, there were dents that were supposed to be taken care of and I've had the car for over a month and the dents have not been fixed despite the 2 other trips to the shop. Extremely frustrated at how much time I've wasted!!! More
