Second time wasn’t their charm. The vehicle was heavily dented and I was assured it would be all fixed. Including the small area in the rear that needed body work and paint. First t The vehicle was heavily dented and I was assured it would be all fixed. Including the small area in the rear that needed body work and paint. First time I went to pick up the car, the color was off and most of the dents were still visible. Dropped it off for the second time. Some of the dents were fixed and I was told not all could be pulled. Driver side of the car was repainted, close to the original but with too much metalflake. Passenger side doors were repainted since some body work was required. The color on the passenger side is off. Color on the hood doesn’t match the bumper color. Paint overspray was found throughout the car and ended up using liquor thinner to remove paint over spray on the windows and other areas of the body that wasn’t touched. There was no eye to detail and just about given up to get everything corrected. Interior was half xxx done and seats are still slightly dirty. Whoever tried to fix the cigarette burns on the seats, no clue what they were doing. Everything should have been addressed correctly before delivery the first time.
