Buying was easy BUT the service department is unprofessional and after 4 weeks the issues on my vehicle still have not been resolved. I asked for a loaner car since the service dept. damaged my car more and was told they didn't do that. I need to get to work so I hope they respond to my request in a more positive and understanding way. At this point I wish I could just get my MONEY BACK and start over again eleswhere. The buying experience wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. The vehicle I bought was parked against another vehicle being sold as were many others. All the options were listed correctly and the mileage was accurate. The salesman I dealt with was decent but didn't go into detail on some of the things that I felt were important. Again I don't highly recommend going to this dealer but if you absolutely NEED a car it's an option. More
