This dealership will care about you until you walk out the door with the keys. Then you will have to fight for everything. When calling for service I would have to call back and be transferred and call ba the door with the keys. Then you will have to fight for everything. When calling for service I would have to call back and be transferred and call back multiple times. They did make good on their “we owe you” and did cover costs after I was visibly angry about my situation. I will never buy another vehicle from here again. More
The is clean and all the people there were very friendly and helpful. I would come back again if l needed. I would recommend this dealership for someone looking for another vehicle. and helpful. Car broke down 4weeks after purchase and they tried to fix and they keep telling me to bring it in. Tried to call the seller but he won't return my call back. I'll like to trade it in for reliable car. Bu fix and they keep telling me to bring it in. Tried to call the seller but he won't return my call back. I'll like to trade it in for reliable car. I'm still waiting for the general manager to contact me back regarding a faulty charger for the hybrid that I bought there a few months ago. He replied to my previous review on how they want to correct the back regarding a faulty charger for the hybrid that I bought there a few months ago. He replied to my previous review on how they want to correct the situation but after contacting the office and being transferred twice to his voicemail, he never called me back. It sure sounded good when he replied publicly to my last review how he wants to reach out to me and try to correct the situation. But it's obviously apparent to me now that he just provided lip service to put a positive spin on a negative review. More

I bought a nice used car last month. Luckily, all is well. But it didn’t start so nice. I probably should have gone elsewhere. The tire pressure sensor fault light was on the dash on tes Luckily, all is well. But it didn’t start so nice. I probably should have gone elsewhere. The tire pressure sensor fault light was on the dash on test drive which was reset afterwards by Service but that’s not the proper fix. After purchasing I drove away, it went off. I informed them that there is a problem. They said they would fix it or I get it fixed and they refund me. A few days later, the worn brake pad sensor lit up the dash. I brought it in. They said bring it to dealership, they will reimburse. Dealership appointment was more than 2 weeks out. I took it to a certified Land Rover repair shop bc I couldn’t take the chance this could be a serious issue. Over $400 just for brake sensor. Tire pressure sensor was $180 for OEM sensors and installed, not purchased from Land Rover. Those would have been nearly $600 for 4 tire sensors, without installation and wheel balancing. Eventually, I kept my dealership appointment and the car was thoroughly inspected for problems and it was good to go. I gathered my receipts and brought them back to Star Auto 512 and the head of Service said I would be reimbursed $580 approximately. Management was involved with that decision as well. I have been waiting several weeks now for my money and they did not keep their word. I finally got my registration and plates, which they screwed up. They were supposed to transfer my plates-not issue new ones. I did the transfer myself. Waisted my time. They can still do the right thing and pay what they owe me. If not, my plan after this is to leave it to the legal system, file a complaint with state attorney general. It should not have to be like this. More
