The charger that came with the car never worked from day one.. if it did I wouldn't be reaching out to you guys regarding another charger. Hello jonbohn. We did check the tires and saw no dry rot. The tires were made less than 2 years ago and almost full thread. You have to understand that outside service stations do try and make money on service and do say things to make that money. If you have anymore questions feel free to reach out.

Thanks for your reply. The only resolution to this issue is to fulfill your warranty obligations and to pay me what you owe. I gave copies of the invoices to Joseph, your Service department manager, totaling more than $580 which I paid out to make this vehicle whole. To reiterate what has already been said, I got approved for this the last time I was in your dealership and told I would receive payment in a matter of days. It has been several weeks. Let’s settle this matter.
