Salesman more worried with making money than being honest I stopped in to test drive a vehicle in mid Jan. They harassed me to come back, and when I returned I was told the car (2017 Honda) was sold. So why was I contacted everyday for a week telling me they had a better deal on the vehicle in question. Now, about 5 weeks later I have received 3 notices that Star Auto Mall LLC keeps hard running my credit, which was NOT authorized, and a couple different Honda's. Don't give these guys your information. They will call everyday, and when you turn down their advances, you hear the manager in the back bullying them on what to say next. I have a feeling they are trying to ruin my credit by continuously running it 5-6 weeks later. I'll be filing a complaint w the BBB. Do not even give these guys your email, you'll be harassed for eternity. More
