Great car, not so great customer service I purchased a car here on April 23 and was told to come back next week for a new battery free of charge. I returned on May 1 and was told to come back I purchased a car here on April 23 and was told to come back next week for a new battery free of charge. I returned on May 1 and was told to come back next week because the battery was not in yet. I went back May 8 and the battery they had was wrong. I told the parts manager Marco that I lived 40 miles away and that he should just buy me a battery from the Mercedes Benz dealership so I wouldn’t have to come back next week. The parts manager told me that the extra $75 to purchase the battery from the Mercedes Benz dealership was too much, just to keep a customer happy. I spoke to Joe the sales manager and he said he will get a battery delivered that week. The battery that was delivered on May 11 was wrong as well, at this point I told them if they didn’t get me an original battery I didn’t want it. Joe said he was going to get me one early the week after. I called on May 16 he said the battery had not come in However I’m sure the battery was not even ordered yet. May 19 Joe calls and said that someone will come to drop it off over the weekend. Finally, on May 20, almost a month after I bought the car, the battery was delivered to my home by Vince, the finance manager. I found it ridiculous someone had to take personal time and go out of their way to get this done. The company needs major improvement on customer service. Vince was extremely accommodating, professional, and thorough when answering my questions during the purchasing process. He is the only reason the dealership is getting 2 stars and not one. Great cars, even better prices, but terrible customer service. More
