I purchased his car ABM WI was told that it was a good condition. Take it to BMW to find out that the shocks and strokes are broken. The control arm from when it was previous. The tires that were sold. They were new, were no good, I had a bin. Ram, the brakes are still no good. There's a fuel leak, the back seat of the passenger side fills with puddle of water. I haven't had the vehicle for more than a year, 45000 miles. And I'm not able to get it passing inspection. Paul sold me a vehicle that he knew was broken. Star auto knew it was no good. There's no way that this vehicle should have passed inspection. Or have been sold with these issues, knowing they could cause a fato accident. That's what makes this case interesting. BMW verified all the parts that needed to be fixed. Paul said that there was warranty when I was purchasing a vehicle that they would added after I signed all the paperwork. He later on told me that they did not add the warranty and he would add it later, causing me to have 2 separate payments, which was not discussed. He ripped me off. Start auto is deceiving. Do not purchase from them. I do not recommend them. If you get a vehicle from them, please take that vehicle to a dealership, have them? Look it over, it's free Don't believe that there's no law to protect you. Because you have to hire a private attorney with situations like mine that will protect you. That vehicle should not have been sold. I learned about the shocks being broken while driving, which can cause a fatal accident. Paul told me the owner was worthless and doesn't help do anything. Those were his exact words. But instead, it seems that he was worthless, i was told the tires and the brakes were new. The brakes have been squeaking.I have went up there over and over and over again.Taking my vehicle back with no success in getting anything fixed. My car should not have been sold two thousand eighteen b m w forty five thousand miles and I can't even pass inspection. More

Very disappointed in my purchase at this dealership. Xavier was helpful in finding me a car that was in my price range. The car that was presented to me was supposedly never in an accident, and had two Xavier was helpful in finding me a car that was in my price range. I was told by Xavier that if I agreed to new front tires, would that make the deal happen. I agreed that I would buy the car if the tires were replaced. I was then told by the business manager that he would not replace the front tires. I should have walked away, but I was under a time crunch to get a car, so I agreed to take it anyway. Because of damaged paint, I took the car to my body shop for advice on repairing the paint. They told me, and showed me that the car had definitely been in an accident. The front bumper shroud had been replaced, and that the windshield and rear view mirror were not original, along with extensive corrosion that suggested that the car could have been in a flood. There were cheap, aftermarket floor mats included, instead of the factory mats. So who knows what the true amount of damage was on this car that I bought, that was sold as a car that had never been in an accident. Unfortunately I bought the car as is, but I was certainly deceived! I work in the news gathering business for a large television network. I will be looking into what I can do to make this situation right. In the meantime, I will strongly advise my friends, family, and colleagues to stay far away from Star Auto Mall, and to do as much negative publicity as I possibly can. Star Auto Mall is a place that gives the used car business a terrible reputation. I will be following up with my work colleagues on reporting the deceit that goes on at Star Auto Mall. I will never make a future purchase at Star Auto Mall, or it associated business, Taj Auto Mall. You will be hearing from me in the near future. Extremely disappointed! More
