He was very professional and informative. Upon arrival, Chris had the Durango ready for a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. This was my dream car. It had everyone I wanted. Paperwork went smoothly and everything was awesome. Chris follow up with us a couple of times to see how things were going and if we needed anything. Three months later I was driving and another car came around a curve on my side of the road and totalled my Durango. I was heartbroken. We called Chris to let him know what had happened. They didn't have what we were looking for. So I looked at dozens of lots. I saw lots of Durangos, but they just couldn't compare to my other one. Then Chris called saying he had gotten in TWO Durangos that were identical to my other one (just different colors). Once again paperwork went smoothly and Chris was extremely helpful. Now 4 days later he has already contacted me to check on everything. I feel like he has gone above and beyond the normal role of car salesman. Highly recommend! More
