But the sales manager Richard Rittmann introduced himself and I'll say He is the gem of this place. He knows how to handle a customer and find out their needs without seeming pushy and is very charming. He didn't have what I was looking for on the lot but within a couple days he had called with a vehicle that was spot on with what I was looking for.
