When we contacted the dealership, Angela Franklin handled the call and we made arrangements for a test drive. As we made the trip from Nashville I was excited to check out the Jeep, but to be quite honest less than thrilled at the prospect of the "dealership experience." My previous vehicle purchases from dealerships had left a bad taste in my mouth and I prepared myself for what I expected to be a hassle. Angela Franklin set the tone for what ended up being a great experience. She was no pressure, no hassles, and no games. She was very easy to work with from start to finish and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase. Bottom line, the internet is a great tool to help you locate a specific vehicle, but a positive purchasing experience depends on the salesperson and the mindset of the dealership. Stan McNabb had the Jeep that we wanted at a fair price, but Angela Franklin made the experience great! Worth the drive to Tullahoma. More

By far my most memorable car purchase experiance ever. My wife and I live in Las Vegas, NV. We looked online, all over the country for the best deal on the vehicle we were looking for as we were willing to My wife and I live in Las Vegas, NV. We looked online, all over the country for the best deal on the vehicle we were looking for as we were willing to fly there, and drive back - see the country, and buy a car all in one. We found the best deal at a Tullahoma, TN. dealership. It just made sense as my wife is a huge country music fan to fly into Nashville, and drive to Tullahoma to buy the vehicle and drive it back. Well, I contacted the dealership and unbeknownst to me I was speaking to the General Sales Manager, Trey McNabb. We conversed for a few minutes, I told him what I was wanting to do, and he made it a breeze! He went out to the vehicle to look it up and down, took pictures of it and texted them to me as I just wanted to make sure everything was good. I had several other dealerships doing the same exact thing - but this GSM - Trey - made the difference between ALL OF THE OTHERS!!! He was 100% respectful, understanding, helpful, appreciative, and was just an absolute pleasure talking to him over the phone. WAY better then all of the other dealerships BY FAR! Literally within that day my wife and I had decided that was the place, that was the dealership, and that was going to be our "salesperson" (even though he was the GSM.) So we booked our tickets, and made it happen. We flew out bright and early the next morning. Trey had arranged for us to be picked up by their driver, John Mason - the funniest guy ever - and bring us all the way, approx. 90 minutes, to their dealership. We laughed and smiled the whole drive. Literally everything going perfect so far with such a stressful trip of buying a car in a city 2000 miles away from home. We get to the dealership, and everything was ready to go. Our salesperson Angela Franklin was awesome. She got us all sorts of gifts while paperwork was being processed. We got shirts, and drink cozies, and we really enjoyed our time with her, the dealership, and the whole shabang! We can not express our gratitude enough on this review of the dealership. Everyone that assisted us that day better let us know when they come to Vegas. We would be happy to take them out to a very fun dinner, at the least! After we made the car purchase, we drove to Chattanooga to sleep for the night. Then drove through Georgia to get to New Orleans, as my wife and I are big Saints fans. Saw the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, and drove all the way back to Las Vegas in that vehicle! What an amazing opportunity. Thank you Trey, and the McNabb family for the awesome service provided. More

Amazing Customer Service & The Jeep of My Dreams!! I had been shopping around for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for about 3 weeks. I visited about 4 dealerships in the surrounding area, and the salesmen I work I had been shopping around for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for about 3 weeks.
