Took it in to see John Greenwood to submit my warranty claim. Within a week John had me scheduled for a leather seat cover replacement and made it a very painless process. Even handled it while I waited. This level of service will keep me coming back as a returning customer. Thanks guys. More

The parts department was very helpful in getting me the right parts, as for the things I cant do : my transmission service and adjustment and also installing new heated mirrors the service department was awesome at helping me resolve these issues. The were very good at explaining things and listened to me when I explained my issues, they were good at staying on schedule as well, as for the parts it just doesn't make any sense to buy after market parts that are almost right, I want the parts that were made for it and have support, in the long run the Dodge parts are cheaper. More

I will continue to purchase vehicles from Stan McNabb, most importantly for their service department excellence. John Greenwood and Mile Copeland do a great job in maintenance and servicing our vehicles year after year. They also fix only problems that you point out, or if they find problems that really needed attention, they will let you think it over, and take care of it when you can afford it. More

BEST DEALERSHIP EVER I bought my Jeep in May 2012. I am a single mother of 2 kids and I was afraid of buying a car on my own for fear I would get ripped off. This dealer I bought my Jeep in May 2012. I am a single mother of 2 kids and I was afraid of buying a car on my own for fear I would get ripped off. This dealership was so easy to work with and there were no "hidden" fees or anything shady at all. Every single person I have dealt with at this dealership is so warm and friendly and helpful! The day I decided I wanted to buy a Jeep I called this dealership and told them I wanted to look at their selection but I had to work all day. Marissa was my sales person. She asked me what I was looking for and I gave her a brief explanation, she brought a Jeep to my work for me to test drive on my break. She also took my vehicle, at the time, back to the dealership so they could work on a price to offer me for trade. She brought me a 2 door Wrangler, which is what I thought I wanted. Having 2 kids, it just wasn't roomy enough for us, so I drove it back up there and she showed me a 4 door Wrangler. As soon as I left the lot, I was in love with this Jeep. I drove it on my errands the rest of the day and went back up to the dealership after work to make the deal. This process was so easy and fun!! I know, not what you expect to hear about these usually dreaded processes, but it was a great experience and I walked out with my Jeep keys in my hand a HUGE smile on my face!! It has been in the service department many times since for regular maintenance. John Greenwood is the service manager and he is AMAZING!! He is so helpful and kind!! Once my tire pressure light came on, due to the weather changing, so I took the Jeep to the service department, John came out and aired up my tires so they we properly filled. Another time, I bought a tag for the front of my Jeep, seems like nothing but Jeep Wranglers aren't really made for a tag on front, John made it work and it looks great!! The fact that the service manager comes out of his office and takes time out of his busy day to help me with these little things shows his character!! I actually took my Jeep in today for an oil change, he saw me pull up and opened the door for me. Last year, when I went for regular maintenance, the cashier gave me a box of Girl Scout cookies just for coming in. The work on my Jeep is always done in a very timely manner, done thoroughly and is everything they promise. Any time I have had a question or concern, they are very patient with me :). I LOVE this dealership and I will ALWAYS buy from them!!! More
