I bought a vehicle from Stan McNabb -Tullahoma Tn. from salesman Pat. I was told everything worked as it should. When i returned home i found out the rear lift gate would not open [motor bad] and the overh salesman Pat. I was told everything worked as it should. When i returned home i found out the rear lift gate would not open [motor bad] and the overhead console was dead, the board was burnt up. I called Pat who transferred me to the service department, who transferred me to Pat, who transferred me to Ryan the sales manager who told me he would look into it and take care of it and give me a call back. He never did. I called Pat, who said he would take care of it with Ryan and call me back. He never did. This is a classic run around from a salesman and dealer. Don't expect this dealer and staff to know who you are after the sale. More

The service department, mainly Neal, has always taken care of me even when I didn’t have an appointment. He has treated me like family each visit. No trip to see you has been routine and Neal has made su care of me even when I didn’t have an appointment. He has treated me like family each visit. Each time he has arranged for me to have transportation back to Soddy Daisy where I currently reside. Neal has become my go to guy for any auto repairs on my mopar products. Very easy to work with. Worked quickly so we could get our toddler and infant home quickly. Were very friendly and efficient. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE YET! Long review but read... We have bought from many dealerships and dealt with plenty of people but Stan McNabb has been the easiest by far. I called them at 2 pm and spoke wit We have bought from many dealerships and dealt with plenty of people but Stan McNabb has been the easiest by far. I called them at 2 pm and spoke with T about a car i had researched online and wanted to buy. Within 15 minutes on the phone, I had an appointment for the same evening and they were getting started on the paperwork to save me time at the dealership. Rodger was very professional and detailed in making sure we understood anything we had questions on and very personable. The star of the day goes to Marissa McKay. She is the sales person T referred me to on the phone. She was very friendly, and easy to work with as well but the kicker was the job I handed her. We live 2 hours and 15 minutes from the dealership and this was a Mother's Day surprise for my wife. I told Marissa that and asked her if we could have a sign with Happy Mother's Day on the vehicle when we arrived. She said, don't worry, I'll take care of you. Boy, did she ever. We arrived to find a huge red bow on the hood, the sign I requested on the front of the car and a single rose with a card she let me personalize over text message on the way. In 2 hours, she had the car cleaned up for us and "wrapped" in a bow for my wife. It was an absolute joy to see her face as we pulled up to the car she had been dreaming of for months.
