You can’t help it you were sick. But I will never deal with the ( Patrick) guy again. He disrespected your service girl and me and that’s not ok. She told him she needed his help when he had time. He finished his customer and just stood their starring at us from his wrk station. Finally he walked over to us where we had put all the info in. It was ridiculous. That’s his co worker and I was the customer, what part of that does he not understand. Maybe we were both female. Not sure . Than he tells me when you call in and make appointment it’s to always leave your car. Lol. Why is there a waiting room??? I don’t mind waiting a couple hours but they made my appointment at 11 and said all the techs were starting lunch. I said why make it at 11 than in the first place. It was not professional at all.
