Picked up my '23 acdia denali on 8/24 it was supposed to be washed but wasn't, on my way home I stopped to clean my windshield found a Crack with veins in it I guess thats why they didnt wash it,I called be washed but wasn't, on my way home I stopped to clean my windshield found a Crack with veins in it I guess thats why they didnt wash it,I called them back right then told them about crack,they said they would talk about it & call me well I called them about 5 times,finally to told me to bring it in,this was on 10/1 ,sat & waited while it was in service, all they did was put the resin in it which they had told me they had already done before ,they knew it was cracked but never mentioned it before I bought it,I just think that was sorry that they knew it but never told me before I bought it,I would not have bought it if I knew it was cracked.I mean when you pay almost $40,000 for something you don't expect it to have broke windshield,I would never buy anything from these people! More

My problem with the dealership is they really did not know that supercruise option on a Cadillac XT 6 was the old version that was a 6 year old version on a 2025 vehicle All new 2025 CT 5 Escalades GMC a know that supercruise option on a Cadillac XT 6 was the old version that was a 6 year old version on a 2025 vehicle All new 2025 CT 5 Escalades GMC and Chevrolet get the new version where you get 750000 miles of lidar maps instead of 220000 on the old version also you cannot upgrade the old version I pai 2500 dollars for a version that is already antiquated. dealship did not help and Cadillac customer service said tough More
