I appreciated his honesty and how he always followed through with what he said and I never felt pressured . I loved the fact that he was very patience with this old woman answering every silly question I threw at him; and if he didn't know, he would go find out. Tal continues to be there for me even after the sale and that means a whole lot too. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Trade in value for my car was $10,000 less than KBB. Was told all these events from car came up on their computer even though my car was regularly serviced at dealer where I bought with none of those re Was told all these events from car came up on their computer even though my car was regularly serviced at dealer where I bought with none of those reports. Was told I know you don’t like it but there is nothing we can do just sell it yourself. Once vehicle bought they were done no help to resolve any issues. Very poor customer service and the attitude is they really don’t care. More
