Trade in value for my car was $10,000 less than KBB. Was told all these events from car came up on their computer even though my car was regularly serviced at dealer where I bought with none of those re Was told all these events from car came up on their computer even though my car was regularly serviced at dealer where I bought with none of those reports. Was told I know you don’t like it but there is nothing we can do just sell it yourself. Once vehicle bought they were done no help to resolve any issues. Very poor customer service and the attitude is they really don’t care. More
