Excellent customer service So first thing Monday morning I called my local dealership ( NOT Stan Mcnabb Chevy of Columbia) to purchase a car that they had on their lot, all I go So first thing Monday morning I called my local dealership ( NOT Stan Mcnabb Chevy of Columbia) to purchase a car that they had on their lot, all I got was the run around, “ We will call you back.” This I’ll call you back mantra was repeating all day waisting the day that I took off work to purchase the car to come and find out they can’t even sell this particular Malibu to me. So out of frustration I called Stan Mcnabb Chevy of Columbia, TN to see if I could speak with a salesman to try and purchase this particular Malibu or If there were any around similar to it that I could. When they answered they said that everyone was busy but I’ll have someone call you back. I was think to myself here we go again. Not five minutes later Dena called me back. She was fantastic, she was even willing to come in on her day off to make the sale. She sourced the exact same car I wanted and I purchased it on Wednesday when the car came in. Dena was such a pleasure to work with and it comforted me knowing she was will to go above and beyond for just me and my family. More
