I did not like being asked to answer questions about my use of car only for the information to be used to try and sell me other service plans. After that, It was still a while before paperwork was done. I agreed to buy the car and write a check at 5:30 pm. I did not get to leave the dealership until after 7 pm. More

Identifies source of problems of water infiltration into cab Technion found that Line-X installation aligned drainage tubes so they lined up with cans air venting. Further Line-X spraying of liner had gummed up Technion found that Line-X installation aligned drainage tubes so they lined up with cans air venting. Further Line-X spraying of liner had gummed up the licking mechanism of the tailgate lock. Both issues were corrected by Line-X. Fast and friendly service Joel and Patrick really impressed me compared to my past experiences when the dealership was owned by the Lucas family my car started having issues ri Joel and Patrick really impressed me compared to my past experiences when the dealership was owned by the Lucas family my car started having issues right before the service department closed one day and I left the car there for repairs and had no ride home and Joel was kind enough to offer me a ride which I quickly accepted since it 90 degrees out and was 6+miles away my car was repaired the next day...anyways very impressed with the care and quickness of the new staff at the old chevy store :) More
