We thought we were getting the equinox that we wanted for the price we wanted so we'r signed all the papers. It was delivered to us the next day and it did not have all the features we thought it was going to have. I was worried that we would be stuck with it since we had already signed all the final paper work. I was very pleased when I called them and they were very sorry for the mix up. They worked really hard and went ot off their way to make it right. They took the equinox back and got us one that we wanted.
