Probably won't return Let me start by stating that Cyndee was lovely when checking us out. This is the first time we have worked with her. Adam Martin checked us in and Let me start by stating that Cyndee was lovely when checking us out. This is the first time we have worked with her. Adam Martin checked us in and I was less than impressed by his quality of service. He apparently doesn't know the dealership's policy on accepting coupons from mobile devices. When I informed him that I wanted to use two coupons from my phone, he told me that they only accept printed coupons. Rodney then informed him that he only had to write down the coupon code. Then he asked me to give him a minute, which turned into about five, while he noodled around with his computer. Meanwhile I stood and waited. Finally, I asked him if there was anything else he needed from me. He replied, "no," without looking up. An hour and a half after our scheduled appointment for oil change, tire rotation and balance and wiper blade replacement began we realized that our truck was back in the customer holding bay. It took another 15 minutes for us to be called for check out. Cyndee was very friendly during checkout. She informed me that there is a transmission coolant hose leak and gave me a guesstimate. It is very concerning that the dealership did not volunteer to get started on the work while I was already there. I would gladly have waited. It would have been a win win situation. Happy customer, higher revenue per transaction for the dealership. In fact, she suggested that I call when ready to schedule which made me feel that they didn't want to do the work today, despite the party being in stock. I live 20 miles from the dealership and can only come on my days off. Further, I commute 80 miles for work in the opposite direction daily. Now I am going home to worry about when I can get in for service before I have to travel in a couple of weeks for work. Keep in mind that Christmas is in 10 days and the dealership will be heavily booked. Will the leak worsen in the meantime? Ugh. This is my third negative experience with the service department. The sales team, especially T, is awesome. I simply don't understand why providing good customer service is so difficult. More
