Amazed they had us taken care of in less than 2 hours. Unfortunately computer did not make correct diagnosis and replacement of sensor did not solve the problem Xs 2. We stayed overnight and they took us to our hotel. They worked diligently a number of hours the following day until our problem was solved and we were on our way. Adam Martin at the service desk was very helpful as well as his manager Mike Wingerter. From the get go they treated us like old friends and did their very best to help us out. Keith our mechanic was like a bull dog trying to diagnose our problem with the help of GMC tech support and others. Our problem turned out to be one rarely seen with a relief valve in the oil lifter manifold that is cumbersome to diagnose. Despite that the computer made the error they charged us only for parts for the final repair because they felt they should have got it right the first time. Sometimes the computers are not as smart as good old experience and pride in what you do. More

Service Dept. Reason for visit was Oil Change, Tire Rotate, and Recalls. I thought I only had one recall, they informed me I had four. Service completed in a time Reason for visit was Oil Change, Tire Rotate, and Recalls. I thought I only had one recall, they informed me I had four. Service completed in a timely manner. While rotating the tires, one of the studs in the rear was stripped. Had to make a return visit a week or so later, this repair was completed in record time and no charge! Highly recommend this dealer! More
