I always have the feeling they are being straight with me whenever repairs are needed and clearly answer any questions I have. Their prices are competitive and their dealership/customer waiting area always clean. Any time I have come by with a concern or something minor (between scheduled appointments) they have been very helpful. My family just recently moved (permanently) to the Murfreesboro area, but I look forward to the 50 mile trip to continue the relationship with my favorite dealership in Middle Tennessee. More

Best Customer Service Today, I took my vehicle in to get a part put on it and Rodney asked if i needed the oil change... so me being the woman said "no I'm good without eve Today, I took my vehicle in to get a part put on it and Rodney asked if i needed the oil change... so me being the woman said "no I'm good without even looking at the sticker in my call." He called when they were done with installing the part about an hour later and as i am driving away I looked down and noticed my oil did in fact need to be changed over 1,000 miles ago. So I quickly pull back into Stan McNabb and Rodney was more than willing to work my vehicle in, even though I told him if he couldn't do it I understood and would just come back next weekend. (Did I mention I drive from Huntsville, AL to have all my servicing done by Rodney?) This is the kind of service I receive every time I have anything done through Rodney at Stan McNabb. He goes above and beyond for all of his customers. Wouldn't go anywhere else! :) More
