Service I was promptly given an appointment and again as always, was treated really well. My wait time short, I could see that Rodney made every effort to get my car serviced and put the keys back in my hand as fast as he possibly could. I found him to be friendly and professional! Since I purchased my Cadillac, Rodney has been the person I have delt with most often in the service dept. I have received a free car wash from him in the past in addition to taking time to show me things about my car that were helpful. When I have a questions he takes the time to answer them. With the record lows we have been experiencing on the horizon (at the time) I had it replaced the following week. Good thing, as my AWD Vibe has been the only (car) transportation that got though the snow we had immediately afterward - and continue to have. The below zero cold would have killed off my old battery on the first day of it. More

The young man I dealt with (Adam Martin) co I carried my 2014 Buick Enclave in for the first oil change. I could not have asked for better service. The young man I dealt with (Adam Martin) could not have been more polite and solicitous of my well being while I was at the dealership and he was concerned that my car was serviced properly. I was treated to a complimentary carwash! I appreciate that he addressed my concerns about some issues that I had. It is not everyday you have an opportunity to work with someone that is genuinely concerned with the quality of their company's customer service. Good for ADAM! More
