Warranty/Customer Service While traveling through Tennessee.we experienced a major breakdown with our 2011 Tahoe. We were fortunate to have Onstar and they sent a tow truck. We were very distraught because we needed to be in Atlanta, Georgia for a dear friend's funeral. That is when the good things started happening. We met Rodney Hunley and he began solving problems for us. Courteous, polite, helpful---maybe even a miracle worker, He arraigned a rent car, got the part ordered and even got some of the service people to help us unpack the Tahoe and repack into the rental vehicle. We picked up the Tahoe the following Monday and took off for Texas. We love Tennessee and have always found the people to be friendly but, this experience has really cemented our thoughts!
