Good place to buy a car Great sales person and good prices. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was the clean up guys did not clean the inside of the windshield. Happy Customer We saw an ad on cars.com for a truck that we were really interested in purchasing. We only wanted to trade in our old Mercedes and my husband's VTX m We saw an ad on cars.com for a truck that we were really interested in purchasing. We only wanted to trade in our old Mercedes and my husband's VTX motorcycle. I was slightly disappointed in the trade in cost for our Mercedes, but they really worked with us on getting us a decent and fair trade price on our motorcycle especially since they gave us the quote without seeing the bike in person. We drove up from Atlanta, with bike in tow. We didn't get there till 5 on a Saturday night, they close at 6, but never once did we feel rushed. The numbers worked out almost perfectly as what we had envisioned. Other than the regular sales pitch for extended warranties we didn't feel any pressure to compromise or spend more than we had budgeted. Joyce, Sarah, T, Josh, and Paul all did their part and we are happy campers!!! More

Customer Service and Body Shop help. We had an accident in one of our vechiles and we took it to Stan McNabb where we bought it and they fixed it and when we got it back ever thing was gr We had an accident in one of our vechiles and we took it to Stan McNabb where we bought it and they fixed it and when we got it back ever thing was great then all of a sudden we started having a problem with it and took it to the service department and dealt with Rodney Hunley and him and Jason at the Body shop were very helpful and nice and they worked so hard to get it fix. We never have a problem with these 2 gentlmen they have great customer relationship every time we go there we can defintly count on them and we never leave unsatified. They are great people to work with and they go above and beyond the call of duty. Trust me we have been to other shops and their attitudes were not professional and that is what keeps us coming back to Stan McNabb. Thank you Rodney Hunley and Jason for everything you do for us. From the time I arrived, to the time I left I received the red carpet treatment!!! I was able to find a new 2016 Buick LaCrosse to lease and turn in my 2013 model in record time. My previous salesman was still there after 3 years (Greg) , how often does that occur? He knew exactly what I was looking for and put me in the car that I researched the night before on their easy to navigate website. Bottom line, I returned my previous leased vehicle for a new one, and with a decrease in monthly payments !! Thanks again for the hassle free great service !! More
