She handled the whole matter in a way that gave me peace and confidence the repair would be accomplished successfully and in a timely manner. Cindee will definitely be my "go to" person when I need any service on my Enclave. I was also appreciative of T Northcutt who sold us our vehicle in July. He made a point to come and greet me when I arrived and he followed up when I was leaving. The personal care which is demonstrated at Stan McNabb is hard to find now days. My wife and I are thankful for such a dealership. We live within ten minutes of another GMC dealer which we had done business with over the past few years, but never had they showed the warmth, care and customer appreciation as does Stan McNabb.
