Excellent service I was very nervous and unsure about buying a new car, but the group at Stan McNabb were very nice and happy to answer any questions or concerns I had. I didn't feel pushed or feel like they were trying to sway me one way or another. Jim just made the recommendation about possibly getting a Cruze instead of a Spark due to the extra room. But when I said that it's usually just me and I don't have to worry about anyone else, he agreed that was the best option for me. Nothing else was said about it. I feel very confident that I got a great deal. They jumped through hoops to get me the best deal with my past credit issues and that was greatly appreciated. Although I hope it will be several years before I need another car, I will definitely be going back. It was a challenge I am sure. However, the detail shop was very efficient, polite and did a wonderful job at a great price. No long wait time for an appointment either.
