Recently purchased a Buick Enclave with the help of Saleman Isaac Rolling but found out that was a mistake my wife did not like this car at all. Returned said vehicle to dealership and with the help of Mr. Rolling was able to turn the Buick in and trade it in on a Chevy made the wife very happy. I have to say that working with Mr. Rolling was a pleasure he was patient and took his time with me. I would definitely return as a customer and ask for Isaac Rolling for a Salesman. More

AM I DREAMING? A positive, no-headache car purchase! So pleased with this dealership! I live in the Houston area and have purchased over a dozen cars in my life. I would honestly rather have a root canal than deal with a car purchase - the run around, double talk, negotiation drama, finance shenanigans and then the buyers remorse that follows - it truly ruins what should be a positive and joyful large item purchase. After my beloved car was totaled, I set out to buy a replacement car online (yes, online!) why had I not thought of this before? All that wasted time spent sitting in the showroom - not this time! Searches thru the Autotrader phone app led me to my new car and I texted the dealer immediately. Enter Laura Gordon, Sales and Leasing Consultant at Stan McNabb. She responded immediately to my texts, emailed me complete vehicle information, even texted me a "walk around" inside and out of the car I was interested in. Figures followed, a few questions back and forth and we had a deal. EASY PEASY! They overnighted the paperwork to me, I overnighted it back to them and about a week later my new baby was delivered to me! Laura kept me updated after the paperwork was processed until the car was picked up by Ready Logistics. Yes I paid a transport fee to get the car to Houston - but I'd do it again because it was SO WORTH IT! I may have just found the dealer I will repurchase from next time I need another car!
