READ THIS!! WOW I recommend them, you will Too!! I’m from the East side of the Nashville area and I began considering getting a new Chevy Silverado a couple of months ago. I actually took my first v I’m from the East side of the Nashville area and I began considering getting a new Chevy Silverado a couple of months ago. I actually took my first visit to a local dealership sometime around the first of October, but was unable to find “the one” that I was looking for. Rather than settle, in working with the dealership I identified some potential alternatives that would be acceptable since it appeared that inventory of 2018 vehicles were getting low. The dealership expected two opportunities to be in within the next few days or a week at most. I continued to stay in touch via text and email, and I used GM web sites to continue to search for other potential vehicles. When I say “stay in touch” it was pretty one-sided, that is I didn’t get responses to my queries or suggested VIN numbers. What I did receive was multiple automated emails from multiple personnel at the dealership, that included no helpful information or anything related to my quest to purchase a vehicle from them. Two weeks passed and I went back to visit the dealership. One of the vehicles had arrived, but after seeing the color; well, it just wasn’t right. I personally gave the sales person the additional VIN numbers I had found and also requested for help in finding a vehicle with the same or similar specifications. All I ever received back was more automated emails, in which they mentioned how much they wanted to ensure that I was being taken care of and to contact them if they could help further. I actually responded to those emails and told them, yes…. I could use more assistance to find a truck. I never heard anything back…. Other than more automated emails. At this point I’m thinking I’ll give up when I went online and got my truck evaluated and a quote for trading it in. My phone literally started blowing up. I was skeptical, but I went to another (different) local dealer to get the on-site evaluation to confirm the value of my vehicle. Everything seemed as it would go smooth. The vehicle I wanted was found, deal negotiated, paperwork done, down payment, etc, etc. In short all was set. Something on the dealer side fell through and then it was déjà vu. All of the communication became one-sided, or not at all. I literally was content to stop pursuing a purchase at all with anyone, especially since my vehicle was, literally mint and would likely last for many, many years to come. That’s when I received yet another call, actually one that was a source that I had previously received emails from, but didn’t legitimately consider because it was 80 miles away from my home. It was in Tullahoma at the Stan McNabb Chevy/GMC Dealership from Jayme Dillon, their Internet Sales Manager. Let me assure you that this turned out to be “the call”. I NEVER went to the dealership. I did everything via phone, email and text. It wasn’t your typical transaction because I had specific desires to acquire and there weren’t a lot of options available in the immediate area. Jayme faced the same challenges as did the previous locations that I had worked with. Jayme, along with the assistance of Darren Perry accepted, then met and exceeded all of my expectations. They were persistent, diligent, and unrelenting in the pursuit of locating just the vehicle that I wanted. And all the while when dealing with my “occasional” modifications and/or alternate options and VIN suggestions they were completely professional. Once the vehicle was located they were very efficient and effectively coordinated the transfer and got the vehicle to their facility and ready for me to pick up. It was at this point that I did actually drive to the Stan McNabb Chevy/GMC Dealership to trade my truck and pick up my new 2018 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ Z71 Centennial Edition. My time at the dealership I interacted with Jayme, Darren, Barney, and Justin. They were extremely personable, polite, friendly, and professional. They were all instrumental in the acquisition of my gorgeous new truck; likely the last one I will ever purchase, only since I expect it to last me in to my 80’s. But if I do, it will be from the Stan McNabb Chevy/GMC Dealership. I would like to thank Jayme, Darren, Barney and Justin for the part they each played in pulling this together. I cannot overemphasize how excellent this experience turned out to be, nor can I think of enough superlative adjectives to describe it. More
