He spent two days checking all over the country for the exact truck that I wanted with all of the features that I needed. I had unique requirements but that did not stop him. He successfully located multiple options for me. All of this was done over the phone and online initially. He provided me with the best rebates that were available and gave me totally honest answers to all of my questions.throughout the process I spoke with multiple people at the dealership and each of them were stellar in their communication and quality of service. Today I went to pick up my new truck, it was a 45-minute drive. By the time I arrived almost everything was completed and ready for me. Don took the time to walk through every feature of the truck and was patient as I evaluated every single inch of my new baby.as I was doing my inspection the president of the company walked up and greeted me with a wonderful smile and a firm handshake thanking me for my business. Today I dealt with several other representatives from Stan McNabb GMC and each of them were at the top of their game. My son came with me to drive my old vehicle back home. the staff provided me with a gift bag full of goodies and was nice enough to provide my son with a gift as well.
