Best Service, Amazing Staff & Car as good as new! To start off... I have a 2013 Hyundai Tucson that I had bought a different dealership. My rear differential and a slew of other issues were happening To start off... I have a 2013 Hyundai Tucson that I had bought a different dealership. My rear differential and a slew of other issues were happening to my vehicle which made it unsafe & problematic to drive. That day I had called about 7 different Hyundai dealerships to see how I can resolve these issues & with the holidays around the corner, the problem of not having a car while work was being done was my main concern. I was immediately paired on the phone with Elise who was helpful and talked me through all of the options and after a 15 minute conversation I was confident I knew where I wanted to go to service my car. She said she would have to check with her manager about the options for a loaner car or rental and would get back to be within an hour. (This had been the promise of the other 6 dealers and I had heard nothing back & still havent a week later). Dan got back to me less than 20 minutes later telling me they would prefer my car be towed in because they didn't want me to risk the drive to their dealership (25 min away) unlike any other dealer had offered to do. About an hour later I got to the dealership Dan immediately greeted me; everyone was friendly, very welcoming & happy I had got there safely. They said they will get the car right in the shop to see what was wrong and let me know soon, so i went to the waiting area. About 20 minutes later Dan came back and let me know what was wrong and that they would need to keep it their for a few days and they would provide a rental car for me. Jay and Dan both let me know what was going to need to be done and that everything would be taken care of and they would keep me up to date with anything that was wrong or needed to be done. (Which they have everyday since my car was dropped off). After some problems with getting a rental car (under 20), I was at the dealership not sure how I would get back home. Jay asked Mike (one of the servicemen) if he didn't mind taking me home, he of course did so happily. When I got back I was then able to rent a car with the help of Dan who called over to Enterprise and let them know the situation and made sure we got a vehicle. My car was then picked up today by a family member and everything looks as good as new! I can HONESTLY say this entire experience of only a few hours was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Everyone genuinely cared and was happy to help. I will be going back for any problems, oil changes or any other vehicle needs. After this experience I would not even consider going anywhere else.
