The online appointments are convenient but when I have a question or need to explain something not in their options, it's difficult to know if I'm bo The online appointments are convenient but when I have a question or need to explain something not in their options, it's difficult to know if I'm booking for the right thing. It's hard to get a hold of the service dept over the phone. On two separate occasions, I've left a message but never got a call back. This time I left an explanation of the issue in comments of the online booking, but they didn't know what I was talking about when I brought the car in so I don't think they read/see it. They couldn't replicate the issue but the guy at the counter explained their recommendations thoroughly. There were a couple of other things I kept my eye on and they took care of them without me mentioning anything which is great. The service guys I've interacted with are nice. The dealer renovated their waiting area and they have comfortable seating, free wifi, and refreshments. More

When I called to make appt i told them water was coming in from somewhere- she gave me an appt 3 weeks out. Said it was the best they could do. Then the guys at the desk told me that I should have brought it in earlier....Please let the people making appointments know this. More
