I gave it a week to give an honest review.We are getting more answers from Hyundai Corporate than this dealership. Several attempts have been made to call this dealership and get answers but no-one picks up the calls. It has been 3 weeks without our car and no courtesy car has been offered.No call from this shop with any updates. The communication and customer service at this dealership are the worst I have experienced ever.

We understand the situation is frustrating, but we are obligated to follow the direction of Hyundai Motors who have sole discretion and authority over warranty coverage. Until we are able to document the issue to their satisfaction, they will not provide coverage. We recommend your daughter contact Hyundai Customer Care in order to escalate the case further.

Unfortunately, after driving the vehicle over 100 miles, we were unable to recreate the error code message. Warranty coverage will not be approved without it--including approval for rental vehicle fees. We do have a loaner fleet, but all vehicles are currently in use. We apologize for the disappoinment.
