I had the wonderful luck to meet Cassandra Cardona (sales consultant) from Stamford Hyundai. She is very responsive and got back to me really fast. Sales has been great I had to take my car in for service to get the engine replaced, and no fault of theirs but it took almost 2 months to get the new engine. In the meantime there was a minor ding and som to get the engine replaced, and no fault of theirs but it took almost 2 months to get the new engine. In the meantime there was a minor ding and some scratches to the paint. They fixed it with no problem, but the service advisor Bryan could use some training in customer service. I sent a text, no reply, called he didn’t call back, and then when I called again was told he was on the phone. I highly recommend that he receive some additional training in customer service. The service manager Dragan was great, and I would recommend him to anyone. More
