Joe went much more than the extra mile to make sure that I got the car I wanted; he even let me drive it to my wife so she could see if the car was comfortable for her. Joe was referred to me by my barber, Vinnie Rizzi,and treated me like family. I got a great car for a great price with excellent service! In fact, everyone at this dealership represents the absolute opposite of any experience I've ever had at any car dealer! They are complete professionals and exemplify what customer service should be! Joe worked very hard to get me financed and made my deal very clear and concise to understand. NO BS! Just good business! When the car came in, Shawn went over the car's features introduced us to the service manager who in turn advised us when the first service should be performed. A couple of days later Shaun did a follow-up call to check whether I had any issues. The only issue I had was with the financing - was not offered different interest rates with different banks - the rate was, in my opinion, a bit high compared to other car dealerships. More
