WOW!! I just found out that I needed a new car, after just having decided to drive the one I had to the ground, for as long as I could. I had just put a lot of time and money on new brakes, tune up etc etc. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. It's more than 10 years since I looked at cars, and quickly found that cars today aren't what they used to be. After a lot of research on both cars and dealers, I had to just jump in. Honestly I was dreading walking into a dealership. There is no way I could buy anything online. At the very least I needed to test drive. Long story short, from when I first walked into the dealership, until I had my new car, I was nothing but blown away. Working with Vladimir was a great pleasure. Very professional and knowledgeable, not to mention patient and not pushy. He actually listened to my needs, and answered all my questions and concerns. The whole atmosphere at the dealership was nice, and nothing like I remember from my last experience buying a car. There was no "do you want me to show you how you can own this car" BS. If you're looking for new or used, and want a pleasant, professional experience, where you are in the driver's seat, go see Vladimir. You can't go wrong. Excellent Customer service and poroduct I leased a Hyundai Sonata for 3 years and loved the car. I had no problems and was completely satisfied. When my lease was up we needed more room for another child. We were very specific in what we wanted, third row with second row bucket seats, black color etc. Arcady and Paul worked very hard to locate a limited car in a short period of time (2 weeks) that met both our aesthetic and price needs. They are both very friendly and have great customer service, really getting to know the customer. I can't wait to work with both of them again in three years when this lease is up as well. The car is amazing too and has a top safety rating on top of all the technology it posses. More

He knew every car inside and out, and knew just how to explain things so I understood them. He helped me choose my new car then gave me one of the best deals I've ever had with no confusion or haggling, it just doesn't get any better than that. The entire dealership is full of friendly helpful staff. Paul in the finance office is fair and friendly and even the GM of the store came to talk to me! This is truly a A+ team of people. If you are going to buy a car, this is the place to go! More
Peter Reed !!!!!! I had made an appointment for a repair on an electrical issue because I changed one of my interior bulbs and it shorted something out. I made an appointment with another service advisor and when I got there at 8am was told they can't look at my car! This after I took a day off from work. I never received a phone call stating the technician was out sick (things happen). Rescheduled for the next day and take another day off from work and arrive at 8am - AGAIN TOLD THEY CAN'T LOOK AT MY CAR!!!! Again NO phone call. Totally unprofessional. I got angry at that point and the service advisor, who I won't name, told me its a problem I caused - as if to say I was out of luck cus I toyed with my car... That's like a doctor saying I cancelled your heart surgery, for what ever reason, and I shouldn't be upset because its my fault I ate a poor diet and have a heart problem - again unprofessional!!!!! So I go back following Monday and have my first experience with Peter Reed. Thinking I would be greeted horribly like the other times I wasn't excited to go. However, unlike other people that work here, Peter is as professional as they come. The other service advisor didn't even have me scheduled for that day EVEN AFTER I called few days prior to on firm and he said yes!!! Peter...working alone this day...saw things weren't right about this situation and to my car in immediately. The problem was a simple fuse that took no time to fix. While I was waiting I had some good conversation with Peter and I can say he takes his job to heart. So, if you go in for service ask for Peter.. Otherwise you will be treated like a piece of garbage. Peter is an asset to Hyundai of Stamford and gives world class attention, service, care and patience to his customers. More

He asked me detailed questions about the issues I was having with my car and made it clear that he was committed to fixing every problem - which they did. I have been to other Hyundai dealers and none provided service even close to the service I received from Peter and the Stamford Hyundai team. You feel so good after being treated like I was treated and it is a testament to their hiring practices and the way people are trained. They clearly know how to run a service business. I would recommend them to anyone. More
