Great customer service experience from Ann Roufs! Ann Roufs Sales Consultant was tops above all the other car salespersons that I've met. She truly conveys to the customer that I'm not just another number walking through the door! This is is very important as most Sales Consultants are predators who only see $$ signs instead of people. I am disabled and she was very patient, understanding and helpful. I would refer her to anyone over other car sales people from many other dealerships that I've met. The only improvement I would suggest is that I waited like 40 minutes for management's decision on the price of the car. Need to shorten the waiting period. More

This dealership was a complete disaster in communicating with us, our insurance company and most of all each other. Thank goodness we like the car and that we are done dealing with this dealership. Even if we have to travel further for service we will go to another Hyundai dealership rather than deal with these people again. Do not buy or lease from these people as they are so unorganized-if you like being frustrated and having your time wasted then this is the place for you. More
