Disappointed I came in for a 7400 mile maintenance service and the technician told me that my car is due for a overall maintenance service that cost extra $100. I had originally thought that I had 3 first free oil change as part of a lease program, but the technician convinced me to pay for the extra service done. So now I have only 1 free oil service left on my account, even though I paid for everything. On top of that, even though the tires were rotated but the on board display tells me that one of the tires is abnormally low at 27 psi... which means that I will have to go out of my way to get them balanced. Previously I owned a BMW, and whenever I took it in for service at the dealership, they would wash the car both inside and out, but I guess Hyundai dealership does not have this added service?... More

He actually made the whole process of buying a car simple! He was very patient in letting me take my time test-driving different models and discussing the various features of each vehicle. Once I made my decision to buy a Sonata Sport, we were able to negotiate a very reasonable price. He made a real effort to locate a 2016 vehicle with the "bells and whistles" I wanted and in the color of my choice. When I came back a few days later to pick up my new car, he spent a great deal of time explaining in detail the various important safety features and even assisted me in setting up some media elements. Overall, an exceptional experience! More
