We quickly transitioned to negotiating only in the "out the door" price' and spent little time on confusing pricing presentations unlike my experience another dealer. And MUCH better than the hidden cost bait-n-switch pricing of a certain dealer in Queens. No conflicts. (BTW... this was not a trade-in deal and no financing.) My mechanic/inspector was accommodated without undue fuss. -- After sale, Sonny was helpful when I called back several times, He provided suggestions+help on maintenance schedule resumption, brief odor investigation, NYS more restrictive window tinting laws. It was a good experience overall. Thanks Sonny. My three minor suggestions for the dealership are 1) There's no need for so much perfume in the car. 2) It's not terribly important, but another dealership had their cars in cleaner condition under the hood when showing them around. (I know this can be a challenge being located so close to the water and a nearby dusty area.) 3) It would be nice if the dealership had informed me up front that the tinting on the vehicle was a bit more than NYS would allow. It would have also been nice if my inspector had told me that as well. More
