Hyundai Tucson Experience Had a great experience and loved the staff. I had looked at Ford and Chevy prior that day and had a decent idea what I was looking for and pricing. I had heard good things about Hyundai so wanted to make sure I stopped there as well- I showed up around 5pm. I lived in NYC for 12 years and just moved to CT so needed a car fairly quickly. Was greeted quickly (and think they knew I was on a mission) and we sat down and talked and then looked at some cars and came back and went on line once I had a better idea. I saw a Tucson that was of interest and we checked it out and went for a ride. It had the most important items I was looking for. The sales person and sales manager were so nice and helped to explain what next steps were- including getting my insurance, tags, etc. And everyone I came across really seemed to care that I shopped and bought there. I may be naïve but I felt that were really genuine. I felt safe in my purchase which was important to me. I was able to take the car home that night and then brought it back a few days later for my license plate and cleaning. They remembered me and took are of everything right then and there. And btw- I love the car! More
