It's also reasonable to assume that a manager would make it a priority to treat everyone, customers and employees, with consideration and respect. Fortunately, the salesman and the rest of the staff addressed the situation with efficiency and care, and within a few days all had been repaired. It remains to be seen if things will be different when I bring the car in for scheduled services. More
