Service visit was professional they understood my frustratio It wasn't the service department that I had a question of what going on with the car. They helped understand the issues. Nice people. Great prices. I would have given them 5 stars but there was some confusion concerning a spare tire vs a tire mobility kit. They informed me there was no spare for my model, after the purchase. I voiced my concerns and they were very accomodating - willing to give me a spare at cost and share the cost 50-50. The only reason I withhold the 5th star is nobody can tell me for sure, including Hyundai NA, whether and when there will be a compact spare accessory for my 2019 Kona Limited AWD More

Still waiting two months later for a refund of our deposit Worst dealership in the area ended buying a new Hyundai from Danbury as couldn’t waste another minute with the Stamford dealership. Three phone calls to the manager proved useless still waiting for a return of our refundable deposit - instead of crediting our account the charged us again. When we were at the Stamford dealership there was a lot of very unhappy people. One woman even asked us “what’s wrong with this place”. We had previously leased a Hyundai here and although not seamless (as Danbury was), we were satisfied with our service. They have really gone downhill!!!! Btw still waiting on that credit to our account which now disputing with our credit card company. More

The immediate question was are you looking to make a deal or just calling for a free gift card. I indicated I had a lease expiring at the end of the month and wanted to learn more about the vehicle. When I came in for a test drive, there was no vehicle ready to drive, and after waiting locate one, it had no gas, meaning we had to go to the service station and fill up. When we came back inside, I was again asked if I can make the deal today. A few minutes later, the sales manager Todd came over with more pressure saying he had to close deals for the sale and the best price was today or never. Once again I asked for the best price & would be ready end of month. He then walked away & didn't care. Don't waste your time here. They are arrogant & awful. More
