Receptionist very rude my father and I were looking to each buy a new car, both of our leases were up. We were looking at Hyundai, the cars look nice, they have a great warranty, I have heard positive feedback from Hyundai owners, they have told me the cars drive great, smooth ride, luxurious, and they have not given them any problems. So I went online to check out some vehicles I picked the one i was interested in, at the same time they were offering a $50 gift card when you test drive a vehicle. So I signed up for a test drive applied for the coupon and I received a phone call from a Hyundai representative explains to me to check in with the receptionist for my appointment and also show them my coupon code on my phone to claim my gift card. I approach the receptionist and I tell him I scheduled an appointment online he said I needed a piece of paper and I’m trying to explain to him that’s not what I was told but he was not having it, he was not sincere or courteous, and It seemed like he wanted to eat his breakfast more than to provide good customer service. 30 minutes later my father tried to negotiate a deal with them he told them how much he’s paying for his car but they were not willing to talk to him about it. More

That being said....the experience was one of the best that I have ever had. Hansley is the best car sales person that I have ever worked with. He knows his product cold and is a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgable, relaxed, non aggressive and helpful. Frank in Finance was also fantastic. No pressure at all....I bought up a few things probably because I felt no pressure. He was funny and great to work with. I love my car and I'm happy that I bought it from such great people. More
