Only one issue Had 90,000 mile service done 3 months ago. Brakes were suppose to be checked. Darren and the Service Manager were super nice. In having to get the promised installations on my vehicle, they were speedy, efficient, and professional. Upon completion of my service, they were helpful in w to get the promised installations on my vehicle, they were speedy, efficient, and professional. Upon completion of my service, they were helpful in walking me to my vehicle and discussing questions I had. We encountered an issue with my vehicle before I completed a check on my vehicle. The person who installed my license plates, gouged the screw instal area, damaging the vehicle. Then I had to return to the waiting area again and await the service team in fixing this issue. When I asked where my hitch accessories were, they didn’t know. The service guy then told me upon return of my vehicle to my possession. When I got home, I wanted to check where they were and noticed that the bar and unopened pin bag were rusted and the bag contained water. This was not cool as this is all brand new. I then called Darren to question this and he told me that I could return them and they could order new parts for me, but due to my job and travel obligations, this is not doable. He reassured me that it’s galvanized steel and should hold up. If any issues, it is covered under the parts warranty of 3yr/ 36,000 miles. Not a totally great day, but at least all is taken care of for now. More
