The service staff was great! Although I was told that my car would be ready for Friday I never got a call to get updated that they were waiting on a ordered part. Purchased a Genesis G80 in late 2016. Big problems with service. The type of problems you would never do business with them again. When we asked our salesman to help, he was useless; he didn't care. The dealership's owner when learning of the service problems hired Jay Strassberg. Jay turned the whole department around. We recently had problems with our car and Jay worked through the issues thoughtfully and expediently. He was fantastic - world class. When I buy my next Genesis it will be because of Jay Strassberg.
