I absolutely dread the car buying process (as I am sure most do) however, Andy made this ALL SO SIMPLE! I am in Queens and laid it all out, what I was looking for and willing to pay, within 12 hours, Andy most do) however, Andy made this ALL SO SIMPLE! The car did not include floor mats. I had to order mats separately after I purchased the car. I have never had this happen at any other dealership. I thought Phil did a good job. He knew that the inventory was low and he worked to close the sale before the car was purchased by another customer. He honored the internet price of the car. I would work with Phil again. More
